Who we are
intelliAssess (“we”, “us”) provides AI-enabled adaptive assessments to schools. This policy covers our website and the AESA assessment platform.
Information we collect
- Enquiry details submitted through our forms — name, role, school or organisation, email, phone and message content.
- Student assessment data — responses, timing and derived scores for students a school enrols in AESA, along with the identifying details the school provides (typically name, class and a student identifier).
- Technical data — basic device and log information needed to deliver and secure the platform.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and provide requested demonstrations.
- To deliver assessments, generate Student Intelligence Profiles and provide reporting dashboards to the school.
- To calibrate and improve the assessment, using aggregated and de-identified data.
- To maintain security and meet legal obligations.
Legal basis and the school's role
For assessment data, the school is the data controller and intelliAssess acts as its processor under a written agreement. Schools are responsible for obtaining parental consent where required. See our Child Data & Consent page.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the enrolling school, with service providers bound by confidentiality and data-protection terms, or where required by law.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months. Student assessment data is retained for the period agreed with the school and then deleted or de-identified.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal information. For student data, please contact the school; we will support the school in fulfilling the request.
