Terms of Use
These terms govern access to the intelliAssess website and platform. Formal engagements are additionally governed by a signed services agreement.

Acceptance
By accessing this website or the AESA platform you agree to these terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of a school, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
Use of the service
- Access credentials are issued to named school staff and must not be shared.
- Assessment content, items and reports are provided for the enrolled school's internal use and may not be copied, resold or published.
- You agree not to probe, scan, disrupt or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform.
Intellectual property
The platform, the adaptive engine, the item bank and the Student Intelligence Profile format are the property of intelliAssess. Schools retain ownership of their students' underlying data.
Assessment results
Profiles are decision-support tools. They are intended to inform academic and career guidance alongside teacher and counsellor judgement, and are not a guarantee of any outcome.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is communicated to school coordinators in advance where practical.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, intelliAssess is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Commercial engagements are governed by the liability terms of the signed services agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
